Janet is a
gifted strategic illustrator who brings vivid imagery and
big-picture thinking to communicating organizations’ strategic
direction. She has over thirty years of experience in visual
communication in the training and development and film
industries. Her ability to think in terms of systems
relationships and translate that understanding to visual maps
makes her work central to the field of organizational
development and organizational change.
Janet has experience in transformation, leadership, innovation,
product development, and communications in High Technology,
Telecommunications, Food/Beverage, Manufacturing,
Healthcare/Pharmaceutical, Energy, and Financial Services. Her
client experience includes: Agilent Technologies, Agouron
Pharmaceuticals, AT&T, AFC Enterprises, Cap Gemini Ernst &

Janet was previously the VP of Strategic Illustration and
