Allison is a seasoned internal
communication and marketing professional, with more than a
decade of experience in events, project management and training.
Over the past six years, she has planned and executed a wide
array of events-- including tradeshows, conferences, networking
forums, executive roundtables, vendor conferences, educational
seminars, webinars and employee off-sites.
Allison is also well-versed in human
resources and operations, and has extensive experience in
leading and managing cross-functional teams at all levels. Prior
to joining ROI Communication, Allison served as Corporate
Development and Marketing Manager for Fragomen, a top global
immigration law firm. She also held a number of positions,
including HR Manager, Director of Club Services and Director of
Operations Integration, for 24 Hour Fitness, the world’s largest
privately owned and operated fitness center chain. She has a
proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events
and projects, and has a passion for internal communication work.
Allison holds a BA in Psychology from the University of
California, San Diego. |
