Proficient in all aspects of training
design, development, and implementation, Jennifer Grossman has
been tapped by companies as diverse as Wells Fargo Bank, Roche
Diagnostic, The Clorox Company, Providian Financial Corporation,
Ask Jeeves and PlanetOut.com for her expertise.
Jennifer has designed, developed and
delivered hundreds of training programs ranging from half-hour
workshops to 10-day courses. Her competencies include training
needs assessment, instructional design and development, training
program management, train-the-trainer and any projects
incorporating Adult Learning Methodology. Jennifer is
proficient at integrating adult learning theory throughout a
wide variety of training methods, including platform,
on-the-job, phone and one-on-one coaching.
For both mid-sized and large multinational
companies, Jennifer has conducted or overseen training in
industries ranging from manufacturing and consumer products, to
sales and recruiting, financial services call centers, Internet,
marketing and non-profit. Her content specialties cover
management and leadership skills, sales, technical systems and
applications, customer service, recruiting and general business.
Jennifer has managed and assessed training
departments, and developed program designs and plans for
multiple corporate universities and continuing education
programs over a diverse span of projects and programs,. She has
implemented companywide curriculum development standards,
evaluated job candidates’ training skills and provided design
and content expertise for training and learning sites on
intranets and the Internet.
A member of the Society for Training and
Development since 1998, Jennifer engages in ongoing education to
continuously hone her skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in
Physics from Bryn Mawr College. |
