A communication professional with broad project management experience, Lucy Cline specializes in writing, designing and overseeing tailored communication projects for both multi-national and boutique clients. She has served in a number of roles managing large events, developing web content and print collateral, and providing administrative and coordination support.

Lucy is passionate about internal communication, and enjoys managing a variety of projects. She has strong organizational skills, a rigorous attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude. She is comfortable working independently or as part of a team with individuals at all levels. Prior to joining the ROI team, Lucy worked for the Public Policy and Communications group at Bayer Healthcare where she designed, wrote and edited material for the Web site, company newsletter and internal print channels. She also coordinated distribution of employee pamphlets and arranged logistics for both large company gatherings and outreach events with the public. She also held the position of Visual Merchandising and Marketing Associate for a pharmaceutical company in Southern California, as well as other various project coordinator positions.

Lucy is an active member of the San Francisco Rotoract Club. She holds a BA in Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
