Richard Bevan
has been working in organizational communication and the
management of change for 30 years. His experience is
international, including periods based in Europe and
Australia as well as the US. He was formerly a director of
Towers Perrin, and led the firm’s worldwide organizational
communication practice.
Since 1995 he has maintained
his own Seattle-based practice, C2K Consulting, and recently
launched ChangeStart, an on-line source of downloadable
tools for managing change. He joined the ROI Board of
Advisors in 2007
Richard combines a strategic
approach to business with practical skills in writing,
planning and process leadership. During the last several
years he has advised many leading organizations, including
AT&T, Avanade, Boeing, Microsoft, Novell and the Port of Seattle. While based in London he led major
projects for government agencies in Europe and the Middle
East.
Richard holds degrees in engineering from Oxford University and business from
Manchester Business School. As an external faculty member
in the University of Washington Executive MBA program he
developed and delivered a highly rated course on managing
change.
