Christine Arylo

Christine is passionate about the dynamic interaction between communication and connection. Operating with the belief that people are human beings first, customers, consumers, board members, stakeholders, peers and employees second, Christine specializes at helping leaders communicate, connect and engage the many audiences they need to influence and inspire as an executive. Christine brings a unique background to her clients, offering her skills as a certified coach, an executive communications consultant, a speechwriter, and a marketing communications expert. 

Christine cut her teeth in marketing, creating everything from brand strategy to promotional events for over nine years with powerhouse brands such as Visa, Frito-Lay, Pepsi and The Weather Channel. After completing her M.B.A. at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, Christine took her marketing skills inside the corporate walls to build a strategic communications team for Old Navy, improving the connection between the field and HQ teams and establishing strong leadership communications for the field organization. Later she took a position as the Director of Communications for Gap Inc.’s global Human Resources organization, which included serving as the internal and external communications lead for the EVP of HR.

In addition to her M.B.A., Christine holds a degree in marketing from DePaul University. She was trained and certified as a coach by the Coaches Training Institute where she also completed their rigorous year-long leadership program. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
